Show flntimony News By Betty Wiley 624-3215 Having Thanksgiving dinner with the Keith Savages in Cedar City were Jerry, Janene, Tracy and Jessica Savage. The Hal Jensens spent Thanksgiving with their family in Nephi at the Randy Goulds. The Duane Jensens of Huntington Beach, Calif, spent the weekend here with his parents, the Hal Jensens. Kenneth King had Thanksgiving dinner with Kasey and Camille King and children. Marge and Leland Robinson had all of their family home for Thanksgiving and they had a family See Antimony News On Page 5-A Antimony News (From Page 2-A) dinner at the Piute High School lunchroom on Thanksgiving. Their son Brad and his wife attended church here with them on Sunday. Ted and Karma Jolley have their daughter, Audrey and three children here visiting. Larry, Reba and Verlene Gleave had dinner in Panguitch with Reba's mother. Travas and Monique Blood have moved to Marysvale where he has been assigned with his new job. Scott and Beth Gleave had Thanksgiving dinner with Ron and Lorene Staples and family. Burns and Mona Black .were up north to see their grandson off on his LDS mission to the Ukraine. They also stayed for Thanksgiving dinner and to see a granddaughter baptized. All their family was there except Shauna and her husband as - they are stationed in Alaska. Garrett Hansen has arrived home from his mission and will give his report meeting next Sunday. Jerry and Janene Savage, and Van and Betty Wiley attended the funeral in Salina for Eva King Anderson on Tuesday evening. Stopping by to visit with the Van Wileys were the Richard Maxfields. He is the former director direc-tor of Sevier Valley Tech and they were on their way to Escalante to meet his brother and go hiking. Sunday was a busy time in LDS Sacrament meeting. Three babies were blessed and named. Little son of Wade and Jennifer Wiley was blessed by Van Wiley and given the name of Austin Lynn Wiley. Little son of Trent and Libby Fox was blessed by Van Wiley and given the name of Tyler James Fox. Little daughter of Todd and Heidi Gardner was blessed by President Shannon Allen and given the name of Bailee Ann Gardner. Released from her LDS Primary office and sustained as First Counselor in the Young Women's Organization was Tresa Robinson. Also sustained in Primary was Valerie King as 5-6 yr. Teacher, Mona Rae Twitchel-Sunbeam Twitchel-Sunbeam teacher, Marge Robinson and Karma Jolley have been called as the music leaders for Primary. Afton and Carol Blood are the new nursery teachers in Primary. Hal Jensen, Athalia Jensen, and Van and Betty Wiley attended the special meetings at the St. George LDS Temple on Monday morning. |
