Show By Barbara Talbot 676-8257 It really is Fall. The quakies and willows on the road to Panguitch Pan-guitch Lake are turning different colors. Another blue crane was seen on the river and the summer songbirds are gone. A beautiful time of the year! A number of young people have been returning from LDS missions lately. Elders Marc Henrie and Jeff Cooper spoke in Panguitch 2nd Ward LDS Sacrament meeting and the Primary children sang. Ann Marie Norris and Michelle Pollock were sustained as Den leaders and -Troy Norris as Cub Scout master. In the Panguitch 4th Ward, Elders Eld-ers Luke Yardley and Jeff Cooper, doing double duty, spoke and Jeff and his father, Jimmy Cooper, sang a song. Shelley Benson and Robert Mack were sustained to their positions posi-tions in the music department. Shaun and Lisa Shurtliff and children Carl, Stephanie, and Brittany Brit-tany were speakers in the Panguitch 3rd Ward on Sunday. Barbara Or-ton, Or-ton, Karran Harris, Barbara Heaton and Lisa Williams played a beautiful beauti-ful number on their violins. The new baseball complex is being used. It is a wonderful addition addi-tion to our town. Evan and Ruth Boshell's new home now has a roof. Travis and Lynn Hatch have moved into their new house on the highway north of town. New county agent Kevin Heaton and his wife Melanie and two children chil-dren have moved into the Frank and Zina Proctor home. Melba Davis has a new metal garage next to her house. The George and Thora Proctor family held a reunion over the Labor La-bor Day weekend at the fair building. build-ing. There were 60 family members mem-bers present. The 3rd graders in Garfield County School District met at Tropic Reservoir for their annual Outdoor Education Day. As usual, they got rained on, but only a little. They had a good time.
