Another son of the Taits, Kerry, is serving a mis-, sion in Spain and will return home in June. Betty also visited with her other kids in Riverton, Jay and Linda Stokes. Linda and daughter, Jill, were shopping for a wedding dress for Jill, who will be married in May. . Toni and Bill Anderson, Manti, : brought their kids to visit Toni's ' grandmother, Loreta Spencer. Loreta says it's quite a workout to have little grandchildren around when you're not used to it, but she ' sure enjoyed them. Deon Alvey and Marlene Haws ;. went to Tropic to visit their uncle - and aunt, Malen and Marian :- Mecham. They had a good visit, ' exchanged stories, and Deon and : Marlene were really thrilled when Malen gave them a picture of their grandpa Mecham. One they had " never seen before, taken in his teenage teen-age years. He and Marian gave them others which were equally as - nice. Marlene and Deon also went to Ruby's Inn where they visited with Vance and Janeen Pollock, Sandra Francisco, Tropic, Ron Har- ': ris and family (they have a new baby), Florence Syrett and Mary Richards of Panguitch. Nice and quiet there that day. Quite a change compared to tourist season! |
