Boulder kids have new books to read in their library, which were received through a grant. BOULDER Exciting new children's books are available at the Boulder Library, which were recently re-cently received through a grant from the Libri Foundation in Eugene, Ore. The books, which have been on display for two weeks, are for kids up to age 12, but many Boulder adults find the books interesting, Volunteers help staff the library in order to keep it open for use during the day and in the evening. Books At Library Intrigue Boulder's Rids too. A reading chart, which hangs on the wall next to the new books, is being used to let the residents rate the books on how much they enjoy them. The library is operated on a volunteer vol-unteer basis and is open daily from noon until 2 p.m. and from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. The hardworking volunteers are pleased with the progress they have been making towards providing a library which will serve all the needs of Boulder residents. Their goals are to invite more community service and bring the community an awareness of learning. |
