Show By Betty Wiley 624-3215 Burns and Mona Black had all of their children and families here for Christmas. Gayle Ipson is here from Arizona to spend the holidays with her father, Neil Ipson. Several here in town have been caught by the famous "flu" bug and some are really sick. Keith Roberts is in LDS Hospital Hos-pital where he had stomach surgery but is going belter and will be in the hospital for several days. His family, some from Germany, one from Texas and other places are all home for the holidays for the first time in seven years. Ken and Mary Hill had their daughter and family here for Christmas and are expecting her sister and family in January. Of course they are expecting lots of snow. We are nearly out of snow but maybe some will fall by then. Ted and Karma Jolley spent Christmas in Richfield with their son, Will Jolley and family. Bill and Jane Wiley had their annual Christmas eve dinner and then all attended the LDS Primary Program and watched Santa arrive for the little children. Preston Glcave, who is staying with his aunt and uncle Calvin Gleave while he finished his senior year at Piute High School, has gone to St. George to have Christmas with his parents, Robert LaVere and Jolcne Glcave. Jolcne is working work-ing at the LDS Distribution Center across from the St. George LDS Temple. Wade Wiley is lucky he wasn't hurt seriously on Saturday when a woman's vehicle hit his pickup broadside on the old truck route in Richfield. The sun was in her eyes. He was in his Dad's truck, so Bill Wiley is without a truck for awhile. |
