Show Taking Away Choice Land For Sewer Ponds I am disturbed upon learning the Panguitch Mayor and council members placed raw sewer ponds next door to our father's land without informing any of us. Only by accident were we to receive this information (a sister's visit this past November to check dad's property). This land we considered some of dad's choicest which he was giving each of his children to build retirement homes on. We were looking forward to being together again with an overlooking view of the beautiful red mountains moun-tains to the east, the valley to the north, Panguitch City to the west, and BLM land to the south, but with raw sewer ponds next to us - " smelling the fresh aroma and to look at, we cannot be pleased! I am hurt over Maloy Dodds, Craig Twitchell, John Houston, Elaine Baldwin, and Rick Burningham's decision.. Thanks team! I am aware you haven't land nearby. The east side of Panguitch was considered choice land. ..you're taking that away. Don't you have any other options in placing the ponds? The ponds are to be located across the highway north, with the Sevier River below and surrounding it's border. How clean will the Sevier River be after a good rainfall?
