Show By Betty Wiley 624-3215 Ilene and Layne Blood were in Provo on Wednesday for doctors' appointments. Calvin and Barbara Gleave took Marcus and Margaret Gleave to Cedar City and St. George for doctors' doc-tors' appointments and then on to Mesquite, Nev., to spend a day. Barbara and Terry Gardner spent the weekend in Mesquite to celebrate cele-brate their wedding anniversary. Jane Wiley traveled to Mesquite, Nev. with the Gardners where she met her mother, Beverly Frederick who had been visiting in Moapa. Jane brought her home to Marysvale. Julie Allen, Heather Quist and Holly Westwood attended a ceraics class on Tuesday evening. Connie King attends a bowling league every Wednesday morning in Richfield. Jerry and Janene Savage are gone again to Las Vegas for the weekend. Our sympathy is extended to the family of Stella Gleave, a former long-time resident of Antimony. Her funeral was held on Saturday. Lunch was served for a large group of relatives and friends at the Antimony LDS Ward Cultural Hall. Darlene Evans, Panguitch and Ilene Roberts spent Tuesday in Richfield shopping and visiting with family. Phil and Billie Allen, Shannon and Julie Allen spent Friday evening and all day on Saturday in Salina for an honors banquet and then attended the bull show and sale on Saturday. Leland Robinson has been up north attending basketball tournaments, tourna-ments, as his son is coach of one of the teams. On the weekend, Leland and Marge spent time up north as they have a new granddaughter who is still in the hospital and is quite small but doing fine. Marge attended at-tended a baby shower while she was there. The LDS Seminary Council from Piute High School furnished the program in Sacrament meeting. |
