Show Kennedy Enters A Guilty Plea Judge Don V. Tibbs ordered a 90-day evaluation for Escalante resident res-ident Rick Kennedy prior to his sentencing after Kennedy entered a guilty plea to charges of burglary of a dwelling, a second degree felony, and supplying alcohol to a minor, a class A misdemeanor. The felony carries a prison sentence of 1 to 15 years with a fine up to $10,000 and the misdemeanor, a sentence of up to one year in the county jail and a fine up to $2,500. The charges against Kennedy stem back to Jan. 1 and Jan. 3 of this year. Kennedy is currently on probation and will be sentenced when the court has results of the 90-day evaluation. Two third degree felony counts are currently pending against Kennedy Ken-nedy in Grand County. |
