Show NOTICE TO WATER UESRS The following ap plications have been filed with the State Engineer to change water In Garfield County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. a-11930 (61 area) Ronald Early, Jr., 300 S. Casa Loma, Cedar City, Utah proposes to change the point of diversion, place and nature of use of 0.69 sec. ft. or 63.0 ac. ft. out of a total of 1.5 sec. ft. of water as evidenced by a deeded portion of A.C. Tebbs Award, Cox decree, pg. 20. The water has been diverted from Ipson Creek; and used from Mar. 1 to Oct. 1, for stockwatering 60 cattle; and from Mar. 1 to Oct. 1 for the irrigation of 45.0 acs. in EV4NEV4 Sec. 32, NWV4 Sec. 33, SEV4SEy4 Sec. 29, T35S, R7W. Hereafter, 0.69 sec. ft. or 63.0 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from two wells as follows: 1) a 12-inch well, 0-1000 ft. deep, at a point S. 520 ft. E. 1150 ft. Jrorn LNW Cor. Sec. 33; 2) an 8-inch well, 0-1000 ft deep, at a point S. 100 ft. W. 100 ft. from center of Sec. 33, both T35S, R7W (0.25 ml N. of Panguitch Lake); and used for the domestic purposes of 70 families; and or from Mar. 1 to Oct. 1 for the irrigation of 21.0 acs. in WNWV4, NM1SWV4, SEV4SWV4 Sec. 33, T35S, R7W. a-11941 (61 area) Ethel Lee, 2900 Valley View South, No. 203, Las Vegas, Nv. proposes to correct the point of diversion and place of use of 0.0012 sec. ft. or 0.25 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Ch. Appl. a-9554. The water was to have been diverted from Mammoth Creek, at a point S. 1344 ft. E. 2022 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 5, T37S, R7W; and used for the domestic purposes of 1 family in SEy4NWV4 Sec. 5, T37S, R7W. Hereafter, 0.0012 sec. ft. or 0.25 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from Mammoth Creek, at a point S. 1037 ft. E. 990 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 5, T37S, R7W (Mammoth Creek) and used same as heretofore in NWV4NWV4 Sec. 5, T37S, R7W. Protests resisting the granting of these applications with reasons therefore must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 1636 W. North Temple, SLC, Ut 84116, on or before Nov. 28, 1981.
