Alaska and Paula Richards have been home this past week from Nevada. The Clem Johnsons have had their daughter and family visiting with them over the weekend. The Ray Littlefields visited with their friends, the Rowleys, in Huntington for a few days this week. Darwin and Kathy Shakespear were in Salt Lake City on business Mr. and Mrs. Carl Syrett and Donna Barton attenripri the Bvbee reunion in Ely, this past Ji weekend. Norene Swapp and her mother were in Tropic " over the weekend. Mr and Mrs. Tom Wylie and family from i Canyonland National Ji Park spent the weekend i with the John L. Ji LeFevres. He worked i with John while he lived there. 1 Stake conference will J" be held in Escalante at 10 a.m. Sunday. Pat Francisco was released as Young Ladies MIA secretary and Karen Ott was sustained in her place. Florence Syrett is the new Laurel teacher. Maurene Farnsworth visited in Tropic. The local square dancers enjoyed the jamboree held this past weekend, claiming it to be the best ever.
