OCR Text	Show Bids Open On Panguiteh Creek Projeet The Utah Department of Tran-sporation has opened bids for construction at Panguitch Creek on US-89 in Panguitch. The contract calls for replacement of three pipe culverts to increase their water capacity L. A. Young Sons Construction Company submitted the apparent low bid of $127,592. The official engineer's estimate for the project was $117,691. Chase Schurtz, UDOT Project Engineer District 3 stated, "There will be a two-way detour for the traffic flow and no slow-up of traffic is anticipated." The project covers .1 miles and will take 40 working days to complete.
