Show NATIONAL FOREST TIMBER FOR SALE National Forest Timber Sale, Dixie National Forest, Dead Mare Sale, located in Section 7 and 18. T36S; R1E and Sections 12 and 13; T36S; R1W; SLB&M. Sealed bids will be received by the District Ranger, Escalante Ranger District, Escalante, Utah at 1:00 P.M. local time at the place of bid opening, August 8, 1977 Approximately 130 acres, more or less, have been marked for cutting. The minimum total lump-sum acceptable bid is $15,451.80 for timber. Additional deposits required for slash disposal is $898.80. This is a small-business set-aside sale. Bids from others will be considered if no valid bid is received from a .-'nail-business concern All includd timber will be given domestic processing. Bidders are advised that violations of the domestic processing requirement constitutes breach of contract and may result in contract cancellation, or in refusal to award timber sum to the violator, or debarment or suspension from bMBg on future timber Mies. The required bd guarantee ta $1,460 00. The right to reject any and all bids Is reserved.
