Show NOTICE TO WATEH USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Garfield County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations In SLB&M. a-9398 (97-1546) Wm. II. Peck. Doulder, Utah 84716, proposes to change the point of diversion, place, and nature of use of 0.10 sec. ft of water as evidenced by Segregation No. 40020-b. The water has been diverted from a 14-inch well, 50 to 100 ft. deep at a point S. 520 ft and E. $40 ft from the WW Cor. Sec, 35, T33S R4E; and used from April l, id Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 4.0 acs. In the NWV4SWV4 Sec. 35, T33S, R4E. Hereafter, 0.10 sec. ft. or 16.0 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from an B in. well, 150-400 ft deep at a point N. 1105 ft and W. 1267 ft. from the EV4 Cor. Sec. 34 T33S, R4E. (2 mi. SW of Boulder); and used for a commercial operation of a 20 unit motel cafe complex; and used from April 1, to Oct. 31 for the Irrigation of 0.20 ac. in SEV4NEV4 Sec. 34, T33S, R4E. a-416 (61 area) Ray C. and Rose G. Wagner, 521 E. Riverview, Orange, California 92665, propose to change the point of diversion, place, and nature of use of 0.0012 sec. ft. of water as evidenced by a deeded portion of Blanche Showalter Award, Sec. c, pg. 9, Sevier River Decree. The water has been diverted from the South Fork Sevier River at the following points: (1) S. 2250ft. and East 1650 ft. from the NW Cor. Sec. 2. T36S. R5W; (2) N. 230 ft. and East 500 ft. from the SW Cor. Sec. 25, T35S, R5W; and used from March 15 to Nov. 15 for the irrigation of 0.083 acs. in the NWV4SWV4 Sec. 25, T35S, R5W. Hereafter, 0.0012 ac. sec. ft. 0.25 ft. of water is to be riiverted from Mammoth Creek at a point S. 1370 ft. and W. 345 ft. from the NE Cor. Sec. 5, T37S. R7W (Mammoth and Tommy Creek); and used for the domestic purposes of one summer home in SEV4NEV4 Sec. 5, T37S. R7W. a-9419 (61 area) Don L. and Marilyn F. Johnson, 2112 Silver Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada 89102, propose to change the point of diversion and place of use of 0.0012 sec. ft. of water as evidenced by a deeded portion of the Blanche Showalter Award, Sec. C, pg. 9, Sevier River Decree. The water has been diverted from the South Fork Sevier River at the following points: (1) S. 2250 ft. and E. 1650 ft. from the NW Cor. Sec. 2, T36S, R5W; (2) N. 230 ft. and E. 500 ft from SW Cor. Sec. 25, T35S. R5W; and used from March 15 to Nov. IS for the irrigation of 0.083 acs. in NWV4SWV4 Sec. 25, T35S. R5W. Hereafter, own bee. tt or 1.25 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from Mammoth Creek at a point S, 1322 ft and W. 669 ft. from the NE Cor. Herrell, 18441 Valley JJrive, Villa Park, California 92667, propose "to change the point of diversion, place, and nature of use of 0.0012 sec. ft. of water as evidenced by a deeded portion of Blanche Showalter Award, Sevier River Decree, pg. 9, Sec. C. The water has been diverted from South Fork Sevier River at the following points: (1) S. 2250 ft. and E. 1650 ft. from the NW Cor. Sec. 2, T36S. I15W; (2) N. 230 ft and E. 500 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 25, T35S, R5W; and used from March 15 to Nov 15 for the irrigation of 0.083 ac in NWUSWV4 Sec. 25, T35S. R5W. Hereafter, 0.0012 sec. ft. or 0.25 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from Mammoth Creek at a point S. 1380 ft and W. 87 ft from the NE Cor Sec. 5, T37S, R7W (Mammoth and Tommy Creek); and used for the domestic purposes of one summer home in SEV4NEV4 Sec. 5, T37S, R7W. Protests resisting the granting of these applications with reasons therefore must be filled in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 Slate Capitol, Salt take City, Utah 84114, on or before August 13, 1977. |
