Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS Burns O. Ormond, Boulder, Utah, has filed with the State Engineer Appl. No. 44248 (97-1526) to appropriate 0.015 sec. ft. of water in Garfield County. The water Is to be diverted from a 6-inch well, 500 ft deep at a point S. 130 ft and W. 70 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 10, T33S, R4E, SLB&M; and used from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31 for domestic purposes of one family, stockwatering of 40 cattle, 3 horses; and used from Apr. 1 to Oct, 31 for the irrigation of 0.25 acs. in SEVi Sec. 3. NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change and appropriate water in Garfield County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. a-8114 (97-1451) Hydro-Jet Services, Inc., P.O. Box 547, Hanksville, Utah 84734, proposes to change the point of diversion and nature of use of 0.45 sec. ft. of water as evidenced by Appl. 39642. The water has been diverted from a well at a point S. 20 ft. and W. 2000 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 21, T35S, RUE; and used for mining of uranium and vanadium ores in Henry Mountain Mining District, Lucky Strike Mine within NE1 Sec. 21, T35S, RUE. Hereafter, 0.45 sec. ft of water is to be diverted from (1) Existing 8-inch well, 500 ft. deep; (2) thru (4) 10-inch wells, 1500 ft deep at points: (1) S. 20 ft and W. 2000 ft; (2) S. 820 ft and W. 2000 ft; (3) S. 20 ft and W. 1100ft; (4)S. 2000 ft. and W. 2000 ft, all from NE Cor. Sec. 8, T36S, RUE; and used for domestic purposes of 50 persons; and used for mining and milling purposes at Henry Mountain in WHNWy4 Sec. 8, T36S, RUE.
