Show Tropic Topics Ella Adair Tropic Topics Garfield The Merrill Willis and Sherrell Lamb families visited with the Lester Clarkes Saturday. The Bryce Valley Drill team participated in the Homecoming activities at Cedar City Saturday. Mrs. Karen Ott, advisor, accompanied the group. Cheri Feltner spent the weekend in Cedar City visiting with her mother. The Jay Littlefield family is moving to Cedar City where Jay will continue his schooling. The Mike Wintch family from California, were weekend visitors at the Charley Wintch home. Max Stewart and Lyle LeFevre spent the weekend with their families. Quinn Willis and fiance. Miss Georgia Lythgoe, spent the weekend with the Roy Willis family at Bryce Canyon. Valen Ott has returned from his mission and will give his report on Sunday, Nov. 24. The Gordon Tophams, and their twin sons, were visitors at the James Munsons Saturday. Monty Mortenson and children have returned home after visiting with her mother in Las Vegas. Arvon Button is at the E. R. . Shakespears while her parents are on their trip to Florida. We are happy to see Melford Ahlstrom and Pres. Malen Mecham home from the hospital. Ranae Porter visited with Ruth Baugh Saturday. Brett Syrett was ordained a Priest Sunday. Denny Littlefield received a deep gash in his chin while playing with an axe. He was rushed to the hospital for stitches. Anyone who received a damaged Sept. issue of the Ensign magazine may write to the church editorial offices and receive a new copy. Roy Chlarson was home during the week to visit with his family. 'j Judy Adair, Jenny LeFevre, Cheri Feltner, Ruth Baugh, Phyllis Stewart and Carol Stewart attended the Fine Arts concert at the College of Southern Utah Wednesday night. Ward conference was held Sunday. Pres. Clive By bee conducted the meeting, under the direction of Pres. Lorell Munson. Speakers were LaFaun Pollock, Earl Jolley, Rula Spencer, Louise Mangum, Q. Porter, Lester Clarke, Pres. Vernon Spencer and Pres. Lorell Munson. Larry Adair made a business trip to Salt Lake City Wednesday. On Wednesday evenings, Community School classes in ladies volleyball, and woodwork, are being held in the school. Other classes will start in the near future. |
