Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following application has been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Garfield County, State of Utah throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&&M. a-7134 (61-365) J. P. Bartlett, Bryce Canyon, Utah 84717 proposes to change the point of diversion of .007 sec. ft. of water as evidenced by Ch. Appl a-5251 Cert, a-700 (61-365). The water has been diverted from the following wells: (1) 12-ft. well 18 ft deep at a point N. 1435 ft. & W. 1120 ft. from EU Cor. (2) 4-lnch well 264 ft. deep at a point N. 1430 ft. St W. 1220 ft. from EU Cor. 3j 6-lnch well 240 ft. deep at a point S. 1347.6 ft. St E. 176.7 ft. from N Cor. all in Sec. 7, T36S, R3W; and used for the domestic purposes of one family, operation of 30 unit motel, cafe, St 26 unit trailer camp, and used for the stockwatering of 8 cattle, and 10 horses in NWUNEVl Sec. 7, T36S, R3W. Hereafter, 0.067 sec. ft. of water is to be diverted from wells 1 and 3 as heretofore, and from a 6-inch well 100-400 ft. at a point S. 1790 ft. St E. 176 ft. from NU Cor. Sec. 7, T36S, R3W.; and used as heretofore. Protests resisting the granting of this application with reasons therefor must be filed In duplicate with the State Engineer. 442 State Capitol.
