Show Victor E. Cottam Buried At Escalante Funeral services for Victor E. Cottam, 74, were held in the Escalante North ward chapel Nov. 2. Family prayer, Myron Cottam prelude and post-lule, Areola Gates; prayer, Zola Doyle Roundy; song "O My Father," Singing Mothers; talk, Lorenzo Griffin; musical reading, "These Hands," Bishop De-lane Griffin; talk, E, D. Haws; vocal solo, "Silverhalred Daddy of Mine," Usher Spencer; remarks, Bishop William Davis; duet, "The Place Where I Worship," Hal and Genal Shurtz; prayer, Emil Roundy; The grave was dedicated by Robert W. Woolsey; burial was In the Escalante Cemetery under direction of Ncal S. Magleby and Sons Mortuary. Mr. Cottam died Oct. 29 at home of natural causes. He was born Aug, 11, 1893 in Escalante to William Allen and Annie Lay Cottam. He married May Roundy Sept. 12, 1920 In Es-caante; later solemnized in the St. George Temple. He was a farmer and stockman; counselor In Sunday School superin-tendency; high priest.
