Show Panguitch News Sons Warren of Salt Lake, James N. and family of Bountiful, and daughters Mrs. Linden Hatch and children of Cedar City and Mrs. Tom Bird and children of Richfield were deer hunt visitors at the home of Grace Young. Visiting the Bernard Henries during the deer hunt were the Robert Palmers of Logan, the Kern Williamsons of Salt Lake, and the Don Millers of Riverside, Calif. Bernard helped Bob, Kern, and Don get a nice buck each. Some brave California hunters in the Bill Edging-ton group got nice bucks In the same area, and Bill shot bis Jeep (Bronco). Howard and Kay Prince spent a week of the deer hunt (With Howard's parents, the Ru-Ion Princes. They spent part of 'the time at the Princes Pangultch Lake cabin. They felt they had a very successful hunt as they went home with two bucks, one a five point and the other a two point. Deer hunters visiting with Bell Cooper were J. D. Church and his son and two sons-in-law of Ogden, Kenny Church and his brother-in-law, Faye and Don Rosenberg and family of Tooele, and Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Church of Gardena, Calif. The Orien Orton cabin at Pangultch Lake was swamped with deer hunters for the opening season; present were Jim Brown and family of Saugus, Calif.; Frank and Cedle Orton and family, Olivia Worthen and baby, Ronald and Golda Orton and children, all of Salt Lake City; Emma Sargent and two daughters of Orem; Brent and Sarah Hatch of Richfield; Nina and Walt Taylor of Parowan; Dr. Ray Houston of Missouri; Dr, Sam Houston, Dr. Jelden of Calif., and Irene and Harry Derrlk. They all stayed over for the first two days of the hunt. In addition afternoon visitors were Leatha Moore, Artel-la Lee and daughter, Wanda Allen and children; Gertrude Reed and Paul and Helen Martin. Proud grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Henderson Johnson report the arrival of their first grandchild, a boy born Oct. 29th to the Robert Hendersons at Mar-loma, Calif.; other grandparents are the Leo Lovridges of Lehl. Visiting Vic and Martha Orton for the deer hunt were Roger and Lynne Dalton and four boys from Kearns; they also visited Roger's folks, the Grant Daltons in Clrcleville. Mrs. Jossie Hughes of Idaho Falls visited last week with her sister, Mrs. J. Usher Henrie. Mr. aid Mrs. James S. Butler and Mr. and Mrs. Jimmie Butler of Bakersfield, Calif, spent most of the deer hunt at the Pat Dix home. Mr. and Mrs. John Welles are spending a couple of months in Las Vegas. Visiting at the Jim Excell home during the deer hunt were Don and Barbara Marshall and four children of Sandy, they also visited his folks, the Maurice Marshalls; Max and Glenda Excell and three boys of Clrcleville; Bruce and Sue Douglas and son Ty of Bland-ing; Evan and Nickl Excell of Sunnyside, their two little daughters visited in Escalante with their other grandparents. Sunday night the family had a get-together and were joined by Dick and LaRue Excell and family, Kay and Corrlne Engle-stead, making up a group of 20 people. Tom and Maxlne Talbot and two children of Washington spent a week of the deer hunt with the Roy Talbots and her parents at Greenwich. Visiting at the Wallace Miller home during the deer hunt were Ted and Shirley Chldes-ter and four children of Coalville, Julie brought two of her girl friends with her, they also visited Ted's folks, the Loris Chldesters. Ned Miller of Salt Lake City also spent a few days here at the Miller home. Mr. and Mrs. Kern Owens attended hospital meetings at Salt Lake City last week and visited with daughters Carolyn Parkinson and Susan Allrcd and families. Medical patients In the hospital are Hllma Excell, Thlrza Proctor. Louise Holman, La Venda Moore. Doug Jensen's mother Maude is there receiving care for a broken hip, Joe and Rolayne Davis, Jim Davis, and Darylene Davis went to Salt Lake Tuesday to visit Lula Davis who underwent surgery in the LDS hospital on Monday.
