Show ! NATIONAL FOREST TIMBER FOR SALE '. NATIONAL FOREST TIMB 1 El SALE, THE DIXIE NA-! TIONAL FOREST, BECK HOLLOW SALE located within 133S, R1E, T34S, R1E, Salt Lake Base and Meridian. Scaled bids will bo received by the Forest Supervisor, or his authorized representative at the Of- ?' lico of the Forest Supervisor, Forest Service Building, Cedar f. City, Utah 84720, at 11:00 a.m., Local Time, on December 28, 1973, to be followed immediately by oral bidding, for an estimated 7750 M board feet of live and recently dead (sound sapwood), timber marked or otherwise designated for cutting. The minimum acceptable bid per M board feet is: Pon-derosa pine, 84.53; Douglas fir, 85.87. Additional deposit required for slash disposal la $1.55 per M board feet of all species. The bid rates will be subject to adjustment durng the period of the sale as provided for by quarterly adjustment provisions of the timber sale contract. In addition, there is within the sale area an unestimat-cd volume of older dead (unsound sapwood) timber of all species which will be paid for at a flat rate of 91.00 per M. board feet. Required bid guarantee is $17,700. Available purchaser road credits at advertised rates are $49,808, the maximum amount that may become available for this sale. All included timber shall be given domestic processing. Bidders are advised that violation of the domestic processing requirement constitutes breach of contract and may result in contract cancellation or in refusal to award timber sales to the violator, or debarment or suspension from bidding on future timber sales.
