Show Tropic Topics BY ELLA ADAIR Mr. and Mrs. Earl Jolley attended funeral services for his brother Cllve Jolley In Provo November 21st They spent Thanksgiving in St. George with daughter Helen and family. The Mazel Littletleld family were Thanksgiving guests at the Norm Llttlefields. Franz and Margaret Shakespear were at Provo for Thanksgiving. The 1958 class reunion was held November 23rd in the school. The F.H.A. prepared the dinner for the group. Out of town class members were Deanna Littletleld, Bonnie Miles, Doyle Nielsen, Thelma Slaugh, Karen Smith, Lyillan Shakespear and LaMar Feltner. From Tropic, with their partners; Margaret R. Mecham. Marian Shakespear and Ella Adair, former teachers were also present. Kelly, Vance, L. Dee, McKal-iff and Esther Shakespear spent the week-end home. June took, daughter Nelda to Salt Lake for a medical checkup. The Lar-vin Pollocks were In Salt Lake for the week end. Palma and Roland Miles and children came to hear brother Vance give his mission report in Church Sunday. Marian and Vernal Shakespear also spoke. Palma played a piano solo. Vard Shakespear was ordained a teacher. Luella, Kay, Maureen, Paul and Keela Mangum had Thanksgiving dinner with the Richard Hobsons. The Gail Miles and Larry Adair, .families were week-end visitors at the Arnold Adi'rs. A Temple excursion to St George will be held for the Ward members Friday and Saturday. The E. R. Shakespears had sons Chad and wife and Rett and wife as Sunday visitors. |
