Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Kane County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M: a-7203 ( 61 Area) Bryce Meadows Development Corp., P.O. Box 11182, Las Vegas, Nevada 89111 proposes to change the point of diversion, place and nature of use of 0.015 sec-ft. of water as evidenced by George Dodds Award, Sec. E page 18 of the Sevier River Decree. The water has been diverted from Pole Canyon Creek as per Decree, and used as per Decree. Hereafter, 0.015 sec.-ft. of water is to be diverted from an 8-inch well 100-200 . deep at a point 513'58, E. 2162 ft. from Cor. Sec. 10, T38S, R5W; and used for the domestic purposes of one family in EViNWii, Sec. 10, T38S, R5W. a-7204 (61 Area) Bryce Meadows Development Corp., P.O. Box 11182, Las Vegas, Nevada 89111 proposes to change the point of diversion, place and nature use of 0.015 sec.-ft of water as evidenced by George Dodds Award, Sec. E, page 18 of the Sevier River Decree. The water has been diverted from Pole Canyon Creek as per Decree, and used as per Decree. Hereafter, 0.015 sec.-ft. of water is to be diverted from an 8-inch well 100-200 ft. deep at a point S. 656 ft. and W. 735 ft. from E4 Cor. Sec. 10, T38S, R5W; and used for the domestic purposes of one family, in NEKSEK Sec. 10, T38S, R5W. Protests resisting the granting of these applications with reasons herefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114, on or before March 17, 1973.
