Show Cannonvilie News Notes VIOLET RAE HUGHES Visitors at the Ira Elmer home were the Lyle Elmers of Panguitch and the Howard Elmer family of Cedar City. Visitors at the Rachel Thompson home were Joan and Jon Young, Nellie Higbee, Bill Co-rley, Bob and Virginia Higbee, and Karmen's grandfather Ho lley who just got back from a six month tour around the world. The Bob Evans family visited Sunday at the Irving Johnson home. Louise and Janie Mangum, David and Kay Mathews spent a week in Salt Lake. David went for his yearly check up. The Aerial Fletchers have have their twin grandsons, Lee and Dee staying with them while their mother is sick. Some of the women started work at Bryce Canyon a week ago. Karen Sutherland has been in the Panguitch hospital for two or three days. Birthdays this week are Ma rion Littlefield, Rex Fletcher, and Elva Clark. Tammy Witt had one last week too. A program was presented in Sunday School and a potted plant was given to the mothers of the ward and to those that were visiting. Alan Munson was in the store one day last week and said that he and his family had moved back to Tropic. Maureen Wayman and two daughters spent the weekend with her parents, the Byron Davies. Jack Nelson was home with his parents for the weekend. Charlotte Henderson spent four days home with her parents. Welma Mutton's parents visited for four five days at the Dutton home. Ada and George Thompson went to the bank at Parowan and on to Cedar City on Monday. |
