Show PANGUITCH The Roy Talboti had moat of their children home for the Easter weekend. Mr. and Mrs. Kay Bundy and six children of St. George, Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Talt and six children of Vernal, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Hoesch and three children of Henderson, Mr. and Mrs. Tom Talbot and two children of Og-den. Art, who Is serving an LDS mission in the Pacific Northwest was the only one who wasn't present. Mrs. Winona Bradley and son Gene of Calif, were here for the funeral services of Joe Veater. On their way back 9aisvawBBMaBSBBBBBBassB m mmmmmmmi they took Vickl and Richard Veater to Las Vegas to visit their grandparents, the Tom Proctors. The Garth Veaters went down over the weekend to bring their children home. Easter weekend visitors at the A. F. Miller home were Kent and Caroline Miller and sons Rickie and Cody of Phoenix and Dwight Miller of Beaver. Mr. and Mrs. Miller received word that their daughter Gaitha Lyon of Salt Lake City underwent surgery this week. Mr. and Mrs. Glayd Owens and family of Hendersn, Nevada visited with her parents, the Randolph Frandsens. Mr. and Mrs. Konroy Hen-rie and daughters Marie and Cleola visited in Provo Sunday with son Bryan and Judy Hen-rie. They attended church to see their little granddaughter receive a blessing and name of Shellie by her father Bryan. Mr. and Mrs. John Cline and daughter of Bountiful spent two days with his folks, the Frank C lines. They came down sporting a new car. Marvin and Karen Nlelson are parents of a baby girl born March 29. Medical patients In the hospital are Paul Julander, Orton Talbot, Blanche Pendleton and Ludle Bridges. Easter visitors at the Jim Excell home were Don and Barbara Marshall and four children of Sandy, Evan and Nicki Excell and baby daughter of Sunnyside, Bruce and Dorothy Sue Douglas of Cedar City. Jim is doing pretty good after having major surgery at Salt Lake; when he was released from the hospital he stayed at the Don Marshall home bo-fore Barbara and two of the children brought him home. Frank Daly is at the home of his brother George at Salt Lake City. He has to keep his leg elevated to clear up the phlebitis before undergoing further surgery. Mr. and Mrs. Phil Dodda of Salt Lake spent the weekend at the Jim Dodds home. Aurelia Adair took Joe Adair up to Salt Lake City on Friday after hearing his wife Marie was having surgery that day at the LDS Hospital. He remained up there and Aurelia returned home Sunday. Lucille Cowlea and son Donald of Estalan-.e spent two days here with Aurelia and family. Mr. and Mrs. Jim Gouldlng and three children of Cedar City spent Easter day with bis mother, Hope Gouldlng. Don and Faye Rosenberg of Tooele and Kevin Taylor of Salt Lake visited over the week end with Faye's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Than Cooper, and they all went Eastering to Zi-on. Recent visitors at the Cooper home was heir son Grant Cooper and family of Layton, who were on their way to visit their daughter in Texas. Fred and Frankle Parker and Mr. and Mrs. Chynoweth of Pleasant Grove stayed overnight with Frankie's mother, Ida Webb, then went on to spend Easter at Phoenix with Craig and Rhonda Chynoweth. John Hatch returned home Tuesday after spending a week in Richfield with Brent and Sara Hatch and family. Mr. and Mrs. Michael Tebbs and son Timothy of Ogden visited at the Ray Tebbs home for the Easter holidays Frank and Mary Worthen and family of Price and Merrill and Marsha Kay Bryner and son of Rawlins, Wyoming visited with Don and Myrtle Ipson on Msrch 27th. They came down specially to help Mary's mother, Myrtle, celebrate her birthday. David and Olivia Worthen are parents of a baby boy born March 30 at Salt Lake City. The little boy has quite an array of grandparents; Mr. and Mrs. Voe Worthen from here, Mr. and Mrs. A. Frank Orton of Salt Lake City ; great grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Orien Orton, Mr. and Mrs. J. Frsnk Houston of Panguitch, and Mrs. Kenneth Samea of Ogden. There would have been a great great grandmother, Rebecca Orton but she passed a way on the day the baby was born. Mrs. Merle Stowell visited in Springdsle last Saturday. She took son Donald and daughter Jeanette and some of their friends along to go Eastering st Zlon. Dr. and Mrs. Walter D. Talbot and dan enter visited his parents, the Jack Talbots, Saturday and all made an Easter weekend tour to the four-corners area, making it a round trip, coming by way of Bland-ing where they spent the night before returning home. |
