Show Cecil Sandin Buried At Hatch On 30th Cecil J. Sandin, 60, died March 25 in the Panguitch hospital of natural causes. He wa born March 20, 1910 in Hatch to Joseph Oscar and Effie Susannah Justett Sandin. He was a World War II veteran; member of the LDS Church, Survivors: mother; brothers, sisters. Mrs. Max (Arlene) Haney, Hatch; Mrs. Elliott (Velma i Barney, Otto, both of Panguitch j Oscar Wayne, Mon-tebello, Calif.; David Vane, Henderson, Nev.; Bessie Sandin, Mrs. Henry (Ardith) Lund. Salt Lake City. Funeral services were held March 30 in the Hatch ward chapel. Family prayer. Max Haney; prelude and postludo music, Elaine T.
