Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change or appropriate water in Garfield County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. Exch. 338 (Area 61) Joseph A. Stuart, P. O. Box 567 Panguitch, Utah, seeks the right to exchange 4.8 ac.-ft. of water evidenced by ownership of stock in West Panguitch Irrigation and Res. Co. The water was to have been stored in Panguitch Lake and used for irrigational purposes Hereafter 4.8 ac.-ft. of water will be released from Panguitch Lake to lower users, and 4.8 ac.-ft. of water will be diverted from an 8-in. well 100-300 ft. deep at a point N. 1745 -ft. W. 20 ft. from SA Cor. Sec. 4 '1368, R7W, and used for domestic purposes at the Panguitch Lake Resort consisting of 50 family units, 2 public restrooms and shower faculties. All uses in SW'4 Sec. 4, T36S, R7W. 39631 (61-433) Earnest W. Ball, Power of Attorney, P. O. Box 516 Hatch. Utah, 0.015 sec.-ft. of water from a 4 in well 320 ft. deep at a point 5. 1265 ft. E. 836 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 25. T37S. R6W. and used for domestic purposes of 1 family in NW L NW4 Sec. 25, T37S, R6W. Protests resisting the granting of these applications with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City.
