Show Motch Happenings BY REVA LOWDER The Ronald Sawyers of Cedar helped the Don Heaps of Mesa. Arizona move here for the summer, they will stay at the Garth Heaps. The Sawyer children stayed here with their grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Heap. Ruth Wilson adn Mrs. Heap took their mother Merle Barnhurst to the Cedar City hospital last week and take turns visiting her; at last reports she was feeling a little better. The Gene Wilsons of Arizona have moved into the C. D. Campbell home for the sum mer, her sister is here visiting with them. Visitors at the Gale WUcocks during last week were the Vic Slawsons, the Virgil Spock-mans, the four Palmer broth- . era and sons. Dr. Tolman, all of Calif.; Joe Baur of Cedar, the Kenny Mack family. Attending the wedding of Bud Barney and bride at Og-den were his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Barney, Mr. and Mrs. Layton Barney and family, and Mr. and Mrs. LaMar Barney. The LaMara visited the Sherman Camerons at Springville where they had a Cameron reunion. Janett stayed at Logan to visit relatives. Greg Evans and Dennis Dal-ton visited at Clrclevllle. Speakers in Sacrament meeting Sunday were Mrs. Merilyn Heap and Elder Dale Porter who gave his mission report. Pamela Dal ton and Lynn Duckett accompanied the Gib Clarks to Kanab Sunday to visit the Clarks this week. Ronda Campbell and friends of St. George visited the La-land Riggs family, Mrs. Gary Fagg of Summltt took them home. Effel Riggs went to St. George to visit the Campbells. Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Evans received a letter from their son Deloy in Viet Nam. He would like to hear from friends, his address is: PFC Deloy V. Evans, 56651275, Co. B 1-506, 101 ABN Inf. Div., APO San Francisco, Calif. 96383. The Tom Winn family of Calif, are visiting the E. F. Tu-reks, Kay and children will stay for the summer. The Newell Duttons went to St. George and brought daugh- ter Sharon Larkin home for a visit this week. Visiting Marde Out ton Sunday were the Jay Duttons of Fredonia, Mrs. Aurelia Adair and children of Panguitch and the Homer Duttons of Cedar. Mrs. Keith Foraythe and children of Panguitch visited ter Linda and friend of Tropic at the Bob Evans home. Agnes Llttlefield and daugh visited Letitla Henderson. The Jay Balls oi Calif, are at the ranch visiting his folks, the Earnest Balls. Visiting the Jesse Wilsons were Mrs. Melvin Wilkes and children of Idaho and Virginia Wilson of Salt Lake Mrs. Wallace Heap and children of Cedar visited several days with her mother Mrs. J. E. Riggs. Mrs. Riggs, Dale and Ramon Porter went to Provo during the week and also visited the Kay Browns at Orem. Mrs. Arnold Sawyer and four granddaughters went to Kanab Saturday to help Vay celebrate his birthday, Verene stayed at home in Kanab. Kerry and Kurt Sawyer spent but week at Horse Rock Valley, Arizona helping their uncle Duncan Findlay of Kanab. Monday the Flndlays visited at the David Sawyers. Velta Sawyer of Kanab, Roseanna, Robert and Lori Burrows of Fredonia visited at the Karl Lowdere Friday, they said that Mrs. Max Burrows had undergone major surgery In the Kanab hospital. Mrs. Leland Riggs and children visited her mother Marde Cope in Tropic. |
