Show NEED FOR GOLDEN EAGLE PASSPORT EMPHASIZED The summer outdoor recreation season has started on the Dixie National Forest. Campgrounds at the lower elevations are now open to public use, reports Forest Supervisor Alvin F. Wright. Moat of these campgrounds require the user to have a $7 Golden Eagle Passport that is valid for the entire season or pay a $1.00 a day fee. The Golden Eagle Passport will not be sold in the campgrounds this year, Mr. Wright added. Therefore, people planning to purchase these passports should do so at any Forest Service Supervisor's Office, District Ranger's Office, or other agency offices including the National Park Service. Bureau of Land Management, or Bureau of Reclamation. The one dollar daily use tickets will be avallabe at a dispenser box at the entrance to all charge campgrounds Mr Wright urges all users to comply fully with the requirements of the Land and Water Conservation Fund Act, and emphasized that violation tickets wil' be issued to those I h do not obtain permits to use the campgrounds |
