Show Hatch . Reva.Lowdrr Mr. and Mrs. Garth Heap went to Salt Lake where they met their son Elder Donald Heap who has been laboring in the Eastern Canadian LDS Mission for two years. Elder Heap will give his mission report in Sacrament meeing at 7 p.m. Mr. and Mr.- Dick Harrison and Diana Gale moved to St. George Saturday where they will spend the winter. Dick spent Monday and Tuesday in town winterizing his place. Visiting here Saturday were Mr. and Mrs. Sam Evans, Kirk and Vaughn of-New Castle and Gloria Jolley of Cedar City. The Jay Duttons and Afton Evans left Friday for the north the Duttons: will visit the Roger, Evans in Orem, Afton went, to Salt Lake, to; visit her sister and family the. Weekend visitors In town included Wanda, Tommy and Kevin Shakespear of Tropic, the Duard Riggs 'family of Cedar, Mr. and Mrs: Orlas Riggs of Kanab, Karl-Lowder who is working at Salt Lake. Mrs. Grant Dalton and the Gilbert Clarks visited at Cove Fort with Grant Thursday and Friday Grant returned here for the weekend with them. Friday May and Kent Saw- yer and the Nile Sawyers visited at Cedar City. Mr. and Mrs. Neil Clove of Pangultch visited the George Workmans and the Tom Sawyers Sunday. Visiting them during the week were Bea and Geneva Workman of Glendale and.the Duncan Findlays from Kanab. Eldan Porter had to return to Salt Lake for treatment. Mrs. Calvin Wilson visited last week in St. George with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. M. H: Barnhurst, she reports he is a little better. The Melvin Wilkes family of Salt Lake visited with her par ents, the Jesse Wilsons. Melba Smith of Henrieville and Christine Shakespear of Tropic visited in town Tuesday. The Fred Clarks and Mrs. Sheritt of Cedar visited the Gilbert Clarks and Hope Dalton. Mrs. Sessle Clark of Order vllle visited the Lynn Evans' during the week. Sunday visitors were Mrs. Delin Crofts and sons of Pangultch. The Max Haneys visited in Cedar Saturday. They picked Cecil Sandin. up in Pangultch and brought him here to visit his mother Mrs. Susie Sandip and the Haneys for a few days. Mrs! Wayne Harris and son of Glendale visited them during the week. - The Primary held 'a Hallo-ween party Saturday evening, and the MIA held their party Tuesday evening. |
