Mr. and Lloyd Colvin are parents of a baby girl born November 5 In Eugene Oregon, the James Munsons and Mrs. Annie Colvin are the proud grandparents. Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Adair and son Ronald attended the testimonial for their son Larry in the Salt Lake Assembly hall last weekend. Doyle Jolley and David Pollock are in the Salt Lake mission home this week. Mr. and Mrs. Sam Pollock had their daughter Virginia and family as visitors this past week. A family party was held for them at the Pollock home. Ramona Mlllett was in Salt Lake last week for medical care. Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Campbell of Spanish Fork were in town last week and sold their home to the Berdell Bartons. Kenneth LeFevro and two sons of Salt Lake were weekend visitors at the home of Amplus LeFevrc. Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Little and daughter of Salt Lake spent the weekend with the A-drian Pollocks. Mrs. Marian Shakespear and Mayo Rich represented Bryce Valley School at a two day Institute in Albuquerque, N. M. Having birthdays were Leo-la Ott, Helma Haws, Clive By-bee. Thelma Jolley, Leola Ott and Ann Griffin were in Cedar City on Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Ott are parents of a baby girl born November 4 at Hawthorne Nevada. Mabel Ott and the True Heywoods are the proud grand parents. S. P. Munson celebrated his 90th birthday Nov. 11 with a family dinner at the James S. Munson home. The following members of his family were here: the Ray Munsons of Mc-Glll, Nev., the William Shake-spears of Page, Ariz, and the Silas H. Munsons of Tropic. Alton Shakespear, Ira Lit-tlefield of Tropic and Usher Spencer of Escalante were the speakers In Sacrament meeting Sunday. The co-pilots and the top pilots of Primary, under supervision of teachers Mrs. Sharon Dale Marsh and Mrs. E. R. Shakespear, presented a program to their parents in the chapel Sunday. Each co-pilot was given a compass and each top pilot a pin for completion of satisfactory work. Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Barton and daughter spent the week- H end with their parents the Alton Shakespears and Mrs. Dar-ma Barton. |
