Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to Change and Appropriate water In Garfield County, State of Utah, all locations arc in SLB&M. To Cliange a-4778 Arnold Button, Es-ealante, Ut., proposes to change the point of diversion and nature of use of .1 sec.-ft. of water evidenced by Appl. No. 32331 (97-86). The water was to have been diverted from a well at a point N. 400 ft. and W. 600 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 20, T35S, R3E, and used year round for the stockwatering of 150 head of cattle in Sec. 20, T35S, R3E. Hereafter the .1 sec.-ft. of water Is to be diverted from a 6-in. well from 80 to 250 ft. deep it a point N. 1900 ft. and W. 1000 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 20, T35S, R3E, and used year round for the domestic requirements of 1 family and the stockwatering of 124 head of cattle in said Sec. 20. To Appropriate 37509 (61-379) Paul Whitney, Box 183, Panaca, Nev., .05 sec.-ft. of water from a 6-in. well from 100 to 250 ft. deep at a point N. 1142.5 ft. and W. 1241.5 ft. from E& Cor. Sec. 8, T34S, R5W, and used year round for the domestic requirements of a 10 unit motel and 1 residence in SttNEVi Sec. 8, T34S, R5W. Protests resisting the granting of any of the above applications with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Ut., on or before May 21, 1966.
