Show Hatch REVA LOWDER The speakers in Sacrament meeting were Alyce Wilcock, Lucille Huntington and Jesse Wilson. May Sawyer was sustained as chorister in the Sunday School. Visiting the Daltons over the weekend were the Gib Clarks of Kanab. Wednesday, Grant Jolley of Provo visited them and other friends here. Tuesday Mrs. Lamond Davis and children of Panguitch took Dennis and Pamela Dalton and Hal Wilcock to Cedar City. The Town Board sponsored a Clean Up campaign Saturday. A dinner was served to all workers at noon. A free movie was at night. Our town looks better with old sheds, old trees, etc. hauled off. Visiting Tuesday with the T. H. Sawyers were 'Rhoana Findlay of Kanab and Wanda Shakespear of. Tropic. The John Mechams of Tropic visited in town Tuesday. Visiting the Cloyd Campbells Wednesday and again on Friday were Mrs. Philip Robertson of Alton. Mrs. Wayne Harris and son of Glendale spent last week with her folks, the Max Han-eys. The Orson Barnhursts are great grandparents since the Merlin Barnhursts daughter Lorraine and husband were parents of a baby girl. Earl and Stanton Sawyer left during the week to look after their new job at Elko. Karl Lowder spent the week end home with his family. Homer Dutton and friend of Cedar City was a weekend visitor with Marcie Dutton. Theo Tate of Fredonia spent a day with the Phil Burrows'. Mrs. Carl Farnsworth and daughters of Panguitch visited the Wiley Huntlngtons od Sunday. Visiting in Trope Sunday, al: so at the Panguitch hospital with Wanda Shakespear were the T. II. and the Nile Sawyers and May, Kent and Ricky Sawyer. Mrs. Grant Dalton visited in Kanab Tuesday with the Gib Clarks, also the Clyde R. By-bees to get acquainted with their new baby daughter, then at the hospital (with Mrs. Es-tella Riggs; others visiting at the hospital with Mrs. Riggs on Tuesday were Verda Saw-'ver, Julia Turek and Vllate Barney. Mrs. Riggs is home now and her leg is doing as well as can be expected. Visiting during the week at Cedar were May and Kent Sawyer, Reva, Rell and Laret-ta Lowder, Hope Dalton, Mrs. Phil Burrows, the Cal Burrows, Gale Burrows and Jim Jennings. Mrs. LaMar barney and Ja-nett are home after spending a week in Springville with the Sherman Camerons. |
