Show Teachers Meet STAKE VISITING TEACHERS CONVENTION The Panguitch Stake Relief Society Visiting Teachers Con vention was held in the High School at Junction. President Eva Dalton gave an address of welcome, Orene Miller, Stake visiting teacher leader, introduced the theme of three skits which were presented bythe Circleville, and Panguitch "NoEh and South wards. Musical numbers were rendered by the Singing Mothers of Junction and Antimony wards. Reading by Vera Anderson. Invocation by Ora Barnhurst, benediction, Olive Sudweeks. Relief Society teachers honored for longest record of service from each ward were Barbara Sudweeks, 65 years, Kingston; Amy Sevy, North ward, 62 years; Margaret Foy, South ward, 50 years ;Carollno Wiltshire, Circleville, 50 years. Above 35 years: IaVerha Barlow, Junction; Esther Matthews, Antimony; Beryl Sawyer, Hatch. Youngest Stake teacher was Joanne Sawyer of Hatch. A booklet and valentine favor were presented to each guest as they were greeted by Stake Board members Eva Dalton, Vera Anderson, Edrie Norton, Elizabeth Smith, Nel-lie 'Fulmer, Thelda Thompson, Lois Haycock, Orene MlUer, Fay Ella Prince, Iletta Reid, Nina Steele, Beth Tebbs. A luncheon was served to approximately 180 women. |
