Show TROPIC ICHn Adair PTA meeting was held Monday evening in the high school Special speaker was Dr. Wm. Mason of Panguitch. Boy Scout and Explorer groups, accompanied bythcli scout leaders and some parents, attended the regional camp held at Hole in the Rock last weekend. A stork shower for Betty Lou Wintch was held Thursday afternoon in the Relief Society room. The Ott twins, Kim andKa-thy celebrated their 3rd birthday on April 3rd. Leola Ott spent the weekend in Payson with her dau-gher Beth and family. Several local people attended conference in Salt Lake last weekend. Relief Society members spent last Tuesday house-cleaning their room ln the church, and made It look llko new again. Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Warren and family of Mexico visited her sisters Marian and June Shakcspcar, Lcona Stewart and her mother Mrs. Winters this past week; Mrs. Winters is one of our former teachers. Stockmen Arnold Adair, Earl Jolley, Harmon Shakcspcar, Bob and Layton Ott, Mel Mccham, Ursel Ott, along with Vernal and Oble Shakes-pear spent quite a few days rounding up their cattle and bringing them in from the winter range. The Earl Jollcys made a trip to Provo last weekend to take their small grandson liome to his parents, the Dar Smiths, and to visit their new grandson a few days. Loram Pollock Is home after spending the winter In St. George. Mr. and Mrs. Larvln Pollock were visitors ln town last week. Tommy Shakcspcar had his 13th birthday April 6th. |
