Show NATIONAL FOREST TIMBER FOR SALE Scaled bids will be received by the District Ranger at the Pangultch Ranger Station. Pangultch, Utah, up to and not later than 10 A.M., April 27, 1959, for all merchantable Umber marked or designated for cutting, located on an area embracing about 120 acres moro or less in Sections 12 & 13, T34S, R4W; Sec. 7 St 18, T34S, R3W, SLUM, East Hunt drainage, Dixie National Forest East Hunt Creek Chance. Tho estimated volumes are 186 ft. b.m. of PondcrosaPine, 68 M ft b.m. of Douglas Fir, and 2 M ft. b.m. of White Fir. The minimum acceptable bid for ponderosa pine is $4.03 per M ft. b.m. This Includes $ .50 for stumpagc, plus required deposit of $3.00 for sale area betterment, and $ .25 slash. The minimum acceptable bid for Douglas Fir, White Fir is $4.65 per M ft. b.m. Th's Includes $ .50 for stumpage, plus required deposit of $3.90 for sale area betterment, and $ .25 slash. A money order, bank draft, cashier's or certified check for $1195.05 must accompany each bid, to be applied on tho purchase price, refunded or retained in part as .liquidated damages, according to the conditions of tho sale. The right to reject any and all bids is reserved. Forest Service bid form for use in submitting scaled bids and full information concerning the timber, the conditions of sale and the submission of bids should be obtained from, the District Ranger Station, Pangultch, Utah, before bids are submitted.
