Mrs. Delia Christiansen crd family of Cedar City visited here over the weekend. Will R. Porter went to the Doo Haws sheep herd to release Cecil Griffin and Klynn Haws for a week. The members of the Escal-ante Riding club met the members from Boulder down the creek where a full course ham dinner was served,- as folks were starting to slow up on the food some visitors from Panguitch arrived; Dr. Mason and two sons and Douglas . Haws who enjoyed the excellent food with them, one. of the Dr's boys preferred more tatters to cake. Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Porter were weekend visitors with their parents, the Gail Baileys and Roland Porters. Edson Alvey and Lloyd, Gates went to Panguitch last weekend and attended the Tourist Clinic where Edson showed his colored slides and described the remote areas of Gar field and Kane County. The annual cleanup of the Welfare farm was held Saturday with about seventy in attendance, the women didn't cook hot dinner because they had to work on the house, papering, painting, etc. In Sacrament meeting Sunday the Primarys put on specila programs with the children really doing their parts .well.
