Show IROP1C J IJIIu Adair A Court of Honor was held for the Top Pilots Sunday afternoon. A special party for the parents of the Co-Pilots was. also held Sunday afternoon In the Church. Speakers i n Sacrament meeting were Roland Porter and Samuel Pollock. Mr: and Mrs. LaMar Shake-pear have moved to Grand Canyon, and the Orlan Ruesch family to Tucson, Arizona, for the winter. Members of tnc Seventy's quorum of the three towns in this area enjoyed a Progressive dinner party Saturday evening. The Clele Fletchers, the Benjamin Copes and the Thcron Griffins were hosts to the group. Word has been received ,that Gerald Adair- is recovering from a broken heel, received when his horse fell on him. Mr. and Mrs. Oral Richins, Beverly Wright and family, spent the weekend in Tropic. Mrs. Ethel Hatch returned home with them, after visiting in Grantsville for the past two weeks. Lydia Pollock is recovering from a recent illness in the Panguitch hospital. The high school basketball team will play Fredonia Friday night in the gym. There will be two games played, the first starting at 6:30 p.m. Al Foster and Ursel Ott. went, to Salt Lake to get supplies and fixtures for the new Cafe, this weekend. Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Man-gum made a business trip to Salt Lake' last weekend. |
