Specifications, proposal forms and plans will be furnished by the County Clerk on depositing $10.00 which will be refunded on receipt of an acceptable by the bidder and the return of the plana and the speculations In good condition within five daya arter the opening or bids. PrequalKlcattons of bidders Is required before plana and specifications can be obtained. Each bidder must submit a letter from an approved surety company guaranteeing to furnish said bidder with required bond. The right Is reserved to reject any and all bids. Cash, certified check, cashier's check or bid bond for not leas than five (5) percent or total amount or bid made payable to Oarfleld County, Utah, must accompany each bid as evidence ot good faith and a guarantee that, U awarded the contract, the bidder wilt execute the contract and lurntsh the required bond.
