Prof. Squire Coop of the salt Lake Oratorical Society Soc-iety plans to put on one of tho most elaborate musical festivals festi-vals ever heard In the west. Thursday, . Oct 9, with tho cooperation of the Utah Stnto Fair Association, tho Executive Committee will be tho hosts of the returned Service aien of tho Stato at tho State Fair, an elaborate el-aborate sports and athletic program pro-gram is being arranged. Weather Weath-er permitting, it is planned to have an augmented military band on the steps of the' State Capitol Friday Oct. 10. After this patriotic concert which will bo attended by several thousand llnlojjieju of the State will bo entertained nt a Grand Ball within the Capitol Building.
