Show Hot Potato Salad. Cut six medium sized cold boiled potatoes po-tatoes In very thin slices. Cover tho bottom of a baking dish with potatoes, pota-toes, season with salt and popper, sprlnklo with finely chopped celery, then with flnoly chopped parsloy. Mix two tablcspoontuls each of tarragon and cldor vinegar nnd four tablespoon-fuls tablespoon-fuls of ollvo oil; then add ono sllco of lemon cut ono-thlrd of an inch thick. Bring to tho boiling point, pour ovor potatoes, cover, and lot stand in a moderato oven until thoroughly heated. Woman's Homo Companion. |
