As a counter proposition proposi-tion tho operators suggest that tho awnrds mado by tho anthracite coal strlko commission, the principles upon which they fare established by tho commission nnd the methods established estab-lished for cnrrylng out their findings and awards, shall be continued for n further term of three years from tho first day of April, 190C.
