Hulkclcy Wells, mann ,er of tho Smuggler-Union Mining company, nnd others. According to Wells' account, the remains re-mains wero found In an Improvised gravo nnd Its location wns pointed out by Steve Adams, now In Jail In Idaho awaiting a second trial on tho charge of murder, when he wns here in June, 1000, In the custody of Wells. A part of the body or skeleton Included In-cluded the teeth, and that portion by which Identlllcntltm could could bo most readily established was brought to town by Oen. Wells. He had performed certain dental work for Harney and was ubla to Identify tho skeleton from this. It is reported that warrants will be Issued for two men who wero prominent promi-nent In the local union of the Western Federation of Miners when llnrney disappeared. dis-appeared.
