I., has landed part of a valuabln contract con-tract in Mrs. J. S. Eardlcy's midst ana tlrred up no ond of trouble between her and Thomas Prltchard, of Booraom avenue, Flushing. Mrs. Eardley, who lives in Brooklyn, Bold six lots In Flushing to Mr. Prltchard. Prltch-ard. Mr. Prltchard paid a deposit, and Mrs. Eardley signed n contract agreeing agree-ing to surrender the lots to him for n certain price. Prices of Flushing property prop-erty havo Jumped up as much as 25 or 50 per cent, in ono day. Mrs. Eardley hoard of this, and her soul was sad. She called at Mr. Prltchard's ofllce.
