Show County Commissioners. Board met In regular session Aug. 31st. Full board present. Messrs Androw Funk and Arthur C. Ncoly appeared as a committee from tho City Council of Brlgham City and pro. posed upon behalf of said city that It furnish shovelors to haul gravel from creek In Watery Lane, provided county would furnish teams to haul satno off. $175 was opproprlotcd by tho Board for said purposes, being the estimated cost of graveling road from Duck Crook to Box Elder Creek. Lowis II Gets, chairman of Board of Directors of Kawlins Drainage District, appeared and presented plat of district which jwas contemplated to bo drained, and asked that the privilege be given said Board to construct dralus ou county road and that county furnish lumber to tnako culverts for crossings. Action deferred. de-ferred. Action deferred on petition 7. Phillip Quale appeared in behalf of Jesse N Smith in behalf of petition 12. Action deferred for investigation by the Board. Upon motion of Mr Hart 1200 was appropriated ap-propriated to gravel road as per petition Petition 14 of Fred Kllason ct al asking ask-ing that tho county repair road In Middle Canyon. Referred to Board as u whole for Investigation, Petition 15 Mosiah Evans, ct al asking that road be opened up on north side of j acc.,1-11-3. Aliiiau L' Wight appeared in support thereof. Action deferred. Louis II Qctz, road supervisor of the Rawlins District, appeared and asked that $100 bo appropriated to gravel road across Salt Creek. Upon motion of dir. Yalcntluo said amount was appropriated ro raise grade ou culvert nud to gravel road across -Creek. Mr Getz was instructed in-structed to.make till leading to brldgo Ibetwecu sees 5 & 0.
