Show NOTICE. To all Interested in Irrigation: Under the auspices of the national irrigation congress, and of the irrigation irriga-tion commission for Utah thereby inaugurated, in-augurated, there will be created a state association for Utah, the officers for which will be a president, two vice presidents, a secretary and treasurer. The governor of Utah to be ex-officio president of the association. There will be a county committee of five from each county who 3hall have general supervision of local or town associations. The officers for each local or town association will be a president, a yice-president yice-president and a corresponding secretary. secre-tary. The association immediately upon being formed will issue a call, by advertisement ad-vertisement in Utah Dtper3 and otherwise, other-wise, for all persons interested in irri gation, forestry and otnerccgnate matters mat-ters to become members. The membership fee will be $10 per annum, payable in ad yance lor which members will be entitled to receive a copy of all pamphlets and oilier literature liter-ature issued by the association. It shall be the duty of each member of this association to foster and promote pro-mote the interests of irrigation matters in Utah, and the especial duty ot the county committees, and the local presidents, pres-idents, vice-presidtnts, and the corresponding cor-responding secretaries thereof to promote pro-mote the growth of the association by inviting all interested parlies in their respective counties and towns to be come members. The corresponding secretaries will make monthly reports to the secretary of the association regarding crops, rainfall, canals, ditches, etc., according accord-ing to instructions furnished them from the central office.
