Show PROBATE NOTICE. IN THK PROBATE Court, in and for Utah county. Territory of Utah. In the matter of the estate of Martha Kirkham, deceased. Order appointing time and place for settlement settle-ment of final account an d to hear petition for distribution. - On reading nud filing the petition ol James Kirxham administrator of the estate of Martha Kirkham. deceased, setting forth ministration upon said estate in this 'court-that 'court-that all the debtshave been fully paid and that a portion of said estate remains to be divided among the heirs of said deceased, and praying among other thiugs for an order allowing al-lowing said final account and of distribution ol the residue of said estate an nmr th no entitled. It is ordered that all persons interested in the estate of the said Martha Kirkham deceased, de-ceased, be and appear before the Probate court ol the county of Utah, at the courtroom of said court, in the county courthouse.on the 10th day of February lm. at 10 o'clock a in then and there to show cause whv an order allowing said final account and of disinbution should not bo made of the residue of said estate among the heirs and devise of said Martha Kirkham, deceased, according to law. It is further ordered that tha olsrk mnu notice to be posted in three public places in Utah county and a copy of this order be published pub-lished in The Dispatch a newspaper prumd and circulated in Utah county. four weeks successively suc-cessively prior to said 10th day of February J.
