Show irARSIIAL'S SALE-PURSUANT TO AN OR-uj- der of sale and decree ot foreclosure to me directed by the District court of the First Judicial District of the territory of Utah, I shall expose at public sale, at the front door of the county counhouse in the city of Provo county of Utah and territory of Utah on the 1st day of February. A. D. 1894, at 12 o'clock M.. all the right, title, claim and interest of A. O. Glazier, and Martha H. Glazier of, in, and to the following described real estate, situate, lying and being in Provo city, TJtau county. Utah territory and described as follows to-wit: Commencing two (2) rods east of the northwest corner of block ten (10), plat "C", Provo city survey of building build-ing lots; thence east five and one-half (64) rods; thence south twelve (12) rods; thence West fiv and One-hRlf ffiUl rnrla. rhon twelve (12) rods to the place of beginning, containing con-taining an area of sixty-six (66) square rods, logether with all the tenements.heriditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining.
