Show ALIAS. SUMMONS IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF the First Judicial District of the Territory of Utah. Utah county. R. A. Hills, plaintiff, vs. Edward L, Jones as administrator of estate of John E. Hills, deceased, Catherine Watson, Elizabeth Dennis, EmmaD. Matthews, E. A. Wilson as guardian ad litem of Katie Hiils, Louie Hills, Bertha Hills, Etta Hills and Stella Hills, and Katie Hills, Louie Hills, Bertha Hills, Etta Hills and Stella Hills, defendants. The People of the territory of Utah send greeting- to Edwaro L. Jones as administrator of the estate of John E. H'lls deceased, Uath-erine Uath-erine Watson, Elizabeth Dennis, Emma D. Matthews. E. A. Wilsor. as guardian ad litem ot Katte Hills. Louie Hills, Uertha Hills. Ella Hills and Stella Hills, and Katie Hills, Louie Hills, Benha Hills, Ella Hills and Stella Hills, defendants: You are hereby required to appear in an action brought against you by the above named plaintiff, in the District Court of the First Judicial District of the Territory of Utah, and to answer the complaint filed therein, there-in, within ten days, (exclusive of the day of service; after the service on you of this summons sum-mons if sorvea within this county; or. if served out of this county, but in this district, within twenty days; otherwise within forty days or judgment by default will be taken against you. according to the prayer of this complaint. The said action is brought to abtain a judgment judg-ment of this court that the said defendants be required to set forth, what, if aDv, title they have in and to certain real estate and water shares set out and described in the complaint and hereby referred to for fuller particulars, and that said title be declared by this court to be invalid and groundless ;and that the plaintiff be declHred to be the true and lawful "wner of and to said premises and every part thereof and of said shares of water; and that a decree of this court be entered quieting the title of plaintiff in and to said premises, and that such conveyance be executed by such party or parties as may be named by th court conveying convey-ing the title of the deceaspd ohn E. Hills in and to said premises and the said shares of water wa-ter to ' he said plaintiff, and that plaintiff may have such other and further relief as to this courl may seem mete Lt the premises.
