On reading aitlltijg toe petition of Isaac Binns executoiif the estate of John Binns deceased, sejng forth that he has filed his final fecount of his administration administra-tion upon said itate in this court, and the final account bijbeen approved, that ail the debts of said eate have been fully paid, and that a portion (said estate remains to be divided di-vided among tU heirs of said deceased, and praying tor dtribution of the residue of said estate &rqig the persons entitled.
