Show SUMMuNS. In the Justice's Court of Lake View precinct, Utah county, Utah Territory. Terri-tory. Before J. C. Nielsen, Justice of the Peace. George C Scott jr., plaintiff, vs, John Doe, defendant. To John loe, whose name is otherwise unknown, un-known, defendant. You are hereby requested to appear before this court on the Kith day of January, A. D. 1894, at 2 o'clock p. n. of said day to answer a complaint filed against you, wherein said plaintiff claims the sum of $3 00 damages caused by your animal trespassing on his premisps at Lake View. Said animal is described as follows: One dark red heiier, two years old paBt, horns hanging straight down, white under belly and white spot running to each liank and white Btrip running lengthwise each Hide, under bit in right ear, no brands visible. And you are hereby notified that if you fall to appear and answer said complaint at the time and t-lace aforesaid, judgment will bo taken against you for 81.00. the amount of paid damage, the cost ol keeping said animal and the costs of this suit.
