Show SUMMONS In the Justice's Court of Vineyard Vine-yard Precinct, Utah county, Utah territory. terri-tory. Before Chas. C. Craig justice of the peace. John M. Clark, condtublo, plaintiff, vs John Doe. defendent. To Jo'm Doe, whose name ia otherwise unknown, defendant. You are hereby requested re-quested to appear before this court on the 12th day of January, A. D. 1894. at 10 o'clock a. m. of said day to answer a complaiut filed against you, wherein said plaintiff caims the sum of $1.00. damages caused by your animal trespassing tres-passing on the premisoe of S. 1. Bunnell, at Vineyard. Said . uniuial is described aesfol-lows aesfol-lows to wit: One sorrel horse abou six years old, no brands yisible, small wart in right ear and white stripe in face. And you are hereby notified th'it if you fail to appear and answer said complaint at the time and place aforesaid, judgment will be taken against you for $1.00 the amount of said damage, the cost of keeping said animal and the costs of this suit.
